The Ministry of Environment and City Hall will host a public forum at Wat Botum on Monday to celebrate World Environment Day on June 5, city officials said. Phnom Penh Deputy Governor Mann Chhoeun said Thursday that he expected as many as 2,000 people to participate in the event. “Our event will respond to the incredible diversity of life on earth as part of the 2010 International Year of Biodiversity,” he said.
