The article “Digi set to launch phone services” (September 29) said Phnom Penh Cable Television (PPCTV) was a new entrant to the Phnom Penh market. Though the company did launch digital TV services via a set-top box in late 2008, it has been offering cable TV services since 1995. The article also said it does not offer telephone services. However, PPCTV offers voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) calling cards that can be used with a personal computer, mobile phone or fixed-line phone services provided by other operators.
