Climate debate series begins today

The British embassy and the Ministry of Environment will this week host a series of debates on climate change and its possible effects on Cambodia, the embassy said in a statement Friday. “The aim of the debates is to help students and teaching staff, government officials, the development community, and the public more widely to understand climate change and the Copenhagen Accord,” the statement said. The series kicks off at 2pm today with a debate at the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
