The American and Japanese international development organizations, USAID and JICA,

will expand their collaboration on public health programs in Cambodia.

An agreement has been signed which reinforces USAID and JICA collaboration in tuberculosis

control, Tb/HIV co-infection, midwifery training and prevention of mother-to-child

transmission of HIV. These areas were also prioritized by the Cambodian Ministry

of Health.
