BATTAMBANG provincial court yesterday charged a physician from Kamrieng district with attempted murder after a patient he treated died, a court officer said yesterday. Deputy provincial prosecutor Uy Samphear said that Moeun Saron, 47, died shortly after a physician, Oun Lann, administered him with an injection. “He could face from one year to three years in prison, and fines,” said Uy Samphear.
