Debauchery arrests

Two foreigners were arrested in separate incidents on charges of debauchery

involving underage girls. German national Thomas Jansai was arrested in his

hotel room with a 14-year-old girl on November 1 after a neighbor contacted the

police. He admitted only to taking photographs of her. Two days later, Italian

national Marco Mazzi was arrested and accused of having sex with a 10-year-old

girl, but was later released without charge. Christian Guth, a police expert at

the Ministry of Interior, said he was shocked by the decision and would

investigate why Mazzi was set free.
