Diarrhoea a worry during dry season

The Ministry of Health is concerned about a potential increase in cases of diarrhoea during the upcoming dry season and has called for a public awareness campaign to alert people to the threat. Sok Sokun, the chief of the Phnom Penh Municipal Health Department, said diarrhoea is typically caused by bacteria or poor sanitation, and that the risk was elevated in Cambodia during the dry season.
