Five Cambodian diplomats left Phnom Penh last Sunday to open a diplomatic mission

in Paris.

Leading the group was Hor Nam Hong who has been appointed ambassador to France, UNICEF

and the European Community.

Due to cash shortages, Cambodia has so far only opened embassies in the United States,

France, China, North Korea and Japan.
