Australian entrepreneur Iain Gray was released from jail and reportedly left the
country March 23 headed for Kuala Lumpur.
Gray wanted to develop a cargo airport in Kampong Chhnang under the business name
Dragon Gold but was charged with breach of trust after failing to pay staff salaries
and bills from contractors.
The Australian embassy refused to comment on the case for privacy reasons.
Radan Sok, Gray's former personal assistant and one of the 14 people who filed a
complaint against him in February, said a total of $300,000 was owed to debtors.
