Eleven people were charged with drug abuse and trafficking in Kampong Cham province on Tuesday, police said. Brigadier General Nuon Samin, chief of Kampong Cham Police, said they were arrested during a midnight raid on a house in Veal Vong commune, Kampong Cham district. Police confiscated 22 packages of drugs and five motorbikes.
