DRUNK-driving offenses by foreigners are on the rise and Cambodian police are

now carrying testing devices to establish if drivers are under the influence of

alcohol or drugs.

Local insurance company Indochine has issued a warning

that in addition to criminal charges drunk drivers face losing their insurance.
