The Phnom Penh Municipal Court has issued a warrant to the Cambodia Daily's editor-in-chief

Matt Reed to appear on March 4 to respond to an accusation of publishing defamatory

information.

A court official told Rasmei Kampuchea Daily the case relates to a story published

on November 15, 2003 which said acid-attack victim Tat Marina was a mistress of a

senior government official and that his wife was the chief suspect.
