A resolution to a dispute over rental prices at Phnom Penh’s City Mall Shopping Centre inched closer on Tuesday following a meeting chaired by Phnom Penh Deputy Governor Mann Chhoeun. Vendors have asked that the mall’s owner, Taiwan’s Fu Yang Investment Co, lower rent. Gin Vanak said vendors had suggested an 18-point settlement deal. “Today we agreed to 16 points, but there are two points the company has not accepted yet,” he said.
