An Ministry of Environment-funded 3D art installation is unveiled outside Sisowath High School in Phnom Penh yesterday.

An environmentally-themed 3D art installation funded by the Ministry of Environment made its debut outside Sisowath High School in Phnom Penh yesterday, with plans for more to come, officials said.

Environment Ministry secretary of state Sabu Ozano, speaking at the inauguration, said the exhibit "seeks to educate the next generation about environment and change people’s behaviours," adding that an agreement had been signed with the Ministry of Education to "mainstream environment education".

The piece was created by artist Ren Hern, of Blue Media Company, who said he and his team had applied acrylic paint over textured material "to make it look like it's real".
