A delegation from the European Union arrived in Phnom Penh September 11 for talks aimed at strengthening ties between Cambodia and EU countries. Delegates from Germany, Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands and the UK will meet PM Hun Sen, Funcinpec leader Prince Norodom Ranariddh and opposition leader Sam Rainsy. Their discussions will cover political developments, human rights, drug and people trafficking, the environment and security issues.
