THE European Union will today release an annual report outlining its current development activities in Cambodia, which are set to focus primarily on human rights, good governance and climate change over the coming year. The report, or “Blue Book”, will be launched during a student debate on EU cooperation in Cambodia at the Royal University of Law and Economics. According to a statement issued by the EU delegation yesterday, the launch will be attended by EU, government and civil society representatives.
