Activists say legal efforts to protect Prey Lang have stalled.
THE European Union is to fund a 4.9 million euro ($4.5 million) "Institutional
Support Program" for Cambodia.
The program will place technical advisers into the Council of Ministers, and six
ministries - justice, environment, education, commerce, foreign affairs and land
management.
The advisers will provide training and assistance in drafting legal texts and regulations.
