THE Ministry of Tourism plans to sell tickets to foreign visitors for the

boat racing day at November's water festival. The Tourism Ministry's Administration

Department Chief, Chea Kean, told Reasmei Kampuchea that they would have tourist

agencies set up to sell the tickets. However the deal had not been finalized.
