Inter-Ministerial Prakas #647 has granted the Department of Movie and Arts and Cultural

Publication of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts authority to determine fees

for filming. The prakas covers both foreign and domestic production companies and

includes documentary filming. Production companies failing to carry a valid license

and get inspected by the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts will be fined.
