Female curfews

Dear Editor,
It is ridiculous that Phnom Penh Governor Kep Chuktema proposes a curfew just for girls in order to promote morals in Cambodian society. Why not boys, too? Can he really prove that it is girls, not boys, who are always causing trouble at night?
