FIVE people died and two more were injured in a traffic accident yesterday morning in Kapmong Cham’s Cheung Prey district. A truck and a van, traveling in opposite directions, crashed into each other in Sotep commune. District police chief Heng Vuthy said that, according to eye witnesses, the truck ignored a road sign and drove on the wrong side of the road.
