Three more people have died in ongoing flooding, upping the death toll to nine. Mong Nita, a nine-year-old from Kampong Cham’s Kroch Chhmar district, drowned on Sunday while swimming with her father.  A two-year-old boy drowned in the province’s Koh Sotin district, after falling into the floodwaters. The other casualty occurred in Kratie province. National Committee for Disaster Management spokesman Keo Vy said low level flooding has spread to Sa’ang district in Kandal province, and Kampong Trabek district in Prey Veng province.
