Foreign minister to set off for Paris

Foreign Minister Hor Namhong will lead Cambodia’s delegation to Paris on Monday for a meeting of the Commission for Promoting Cambodian-French Cooperation, according to a statement issued by the ministry. The meeting, which will see Hor Namhong working alongside his French counterpart Bernard Kouchner, is expected to cover general development issues and aims to strengthen ties between the Kingdom and the French government, ministry spokesman Koy Kuong said. Hor Namhong is to leave Cambodia for France on Saturday.
