A 77-YEAR-OLD fortune teller was charged with raping a 10-year-old girl in Banteay Meanchey province last week, according to Deputy Provincial Police Chief Chan Kosal. Horm Tontoem, 77, was arrested on Wednesday at his house in the Prey Prech village of Kbal Spean commune in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet district, after the victim’s parents filed a complaint.
Chan Kosal added that if he is found guilty, he could face at least 10 years in prison.
