Military police officials on Sunday arrested three men and one woman on suspicion of producing counterfeit money, officials said. Touch Kongkea, deputy director of the General Information and Security Bureau of the military police, said US$30,000, 40 million riels ($9,512) and 9,000 Thai baht ($277) in counterfeit notes had been seized from the group, who were arrested in Tuol Kork district’s Boeung Kak 1 commune. All four are currently being held by military police for further questioning.
