French Company Wins Cambodian Map Deal

I GN France International has signed a $20.8 million contract with the Cambodian government

which should help untangle land disputes in Phnom Penh, according to a report which

appeared in The Edge Oct 28.

The report cited Antoine de Chassy, IGN's regional manager as telling Reuters the

two year deal will study the city's land plots and provide maps, survey information

and ownership details to the municipality of Phnom Penh as of January next year.
