Cross-border gasoline smuggling from Vietnam is on the increase, predominantly from
the southern Vietnamese province of Kien Giang, the state-run Vietnam News Agency
reported. The price of petrol is between $0.18 and $0.20 a litre cheaper in Vietnam
than in Cambodia.
