Foreign Minister Hor Namhong and German ambassador to Cambodia Frank Marcus Mann signed two agreements on technical and financial support, formalising agreements reached between the two governments in Bonn in October 2007. The agreements will commit Germany to provide a total of US$51 million for a development projects ending in 2015. About one-third of the funds will go toward improving health services for the poor. Other projects will focus on rural road construction, rural electrification and renewable energy.
