Human traffickers sentenced

Phnom Penh Municipal Court judge sentenced six Vietnamese convicted of human trafficking

to as much as 15 years in prison on October 15, reported the US-based NGO International

Justice Mission. The police raided several brothels in Svay Pak this March. Thirty-seven

trafficking victims were rescued and about a dozen have been sent back to Vietnam.
