King Norodom Sihamoni officially appointed Prime Minister Hun Sen a member of the Royal Academy of Cambodia on Wednesday, the Council of Ministers’ Press and Quick Reaction Unit said. Tith Sothea, spokesman for the unit, said the appointment recognised reconciliation and development strategies advanced by the premier.
