Mrime Minister Hun Sen announced on June 1 that he would seek Cambodia's immediate ratification of the International Court of Justice (ICC), which will make it the first Asian country to do so. Meanwhile the progress toward the passage of the Khmer Rouge tribunal draft law has been frozen since February.
