CAMBODIAN, Laotian and Vietnamese lawmakers kicked off a three-day conference in Kratie province yesterday organised to address economic development in the countries’ border areas. Cheam Yeap, a lawmaker from the Cambodian People’s Party, said the conference was opened by National Assembly President Heng Samrin and ends Friday.
