The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) reported on November 30 that private
investment into Cambodia in the first nine months of 2000 was the lowest in six years.
According to the CDC, the Government registered $213 million in inward private investment
between January and October, compared with $230.4 million in 1999.
