Twenty-three Singaporean volunteers on a cultural and technical assistance exchange

programme are to return home on Dec 22 after their 17-day stay in Phnom Penh. The

Singapore International Federation, a non-profit NGO, and the Institute of Education,

a Singaporean technical training institute, visited Phnom Penh as part of a two-stage

mission to provide extensive IT training and technical assistance. Reconditioned

computers were also donated to two highs schools during the visit.
