Misako Konno, a Japanese actress and UN Development Programme Goodwill Ambassador,

visited Cambodia for five days this week, traveling to Siem Reap and Kampong Cham

to see conservation, water sanitation and landmine control programs. Prime Minister

Hun Sen and his wife also met the actress - to discuss progress towards Cambodia's

Millennium Development Goals and Madam Bunrany's Red Cross work in the area of HIV/AIDS.
