Kampot port and Eco Zones get land

Sub-Decree #97 has granted the transfer of 1,000 hectares of filling/pumping land

in Kampot Province to state private property in order to develop the International

Port and Kampot Special Economic Zone. The state will receive 30% of the land and

the Kampot Port Company will get 70%.
