A woman was charged with breach of trust in Phnom Penh Municipal Court yesterday over allegations that she stole US$31,000 from a woman who tried to buy land from her in Phnom Penh. Sar Saroeun, 36, was arrested last year after she received money for land that was given away to a third party. She will be sentenced on March 4.
