Sixty parliamentarians from 20 French-speaking countries gathered in Phnom Penh yesterday for the first of two meetings prior to the 37th General Assembly of Francophone Countries in the Congo in July. National Assembly First Vice-President Nguon Nhil said in opening remarks yesterday that lawmakers would discuss a range of issues. KIM YUTHANA
