The University of Cambodia has renamed its library in honor of the school's

Chancellor. A ceremony was held to mark the renaming of the Toshu Fukami

Library. Dr Fukami is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who built and helps

manage a 24-hour emergency hospital in Cambodia and is founder of the

International Foundation of Arts and Culture.
