A 27-YEAR-OLD man was arrested yesterday for allegedly raping an 18-year-old girl in Kampong Cham province’s Kroch Chhmar district. Provincial police deputy director Preng Him said that the suspect, Sok Ly, “claimed that he was dating the victim, but the victim said she was raped, and the hospital confirmed that she was raped, so we arrested him”.
