A 26-YEAR-OLD man was charged yesterday with the rape of a 16-year-old girl in Banteay Meanchey’s Sisophon town on Friday, officials said. Prum Theng, chief of the provincial anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection office, said yesterday that Khem Khom had allegedly raped the victim twice before he was arrested. In a separate case, a 42-year-old man was arrested yesterday for the rape of 13-year-old girl in Kampong Chhnang province, Teuk Phos district police chief Kim Sareth said.
