A MAN was charged with the rape of his 12-year-old stepdaughter yesterday in Pursat province’s Krakor district after the victim’s mother filed a complaint to police. District police chief Bin Vanna said yesterday that the 55-year-old man, who allegedly repeatedly raped his stepdaughter in a plantation, was arrested on Saturday.
