Kratie Provincial Court yesterday charged a 23-year-old man with the rape and murder of his sister-in-law earlier this week in Sambo village. Touch Sakhoeun, head of the provincial court, said that Lim Rongcheat was accused of raping, killing and trying to dispose of the body of his sister-in-law. “It is a very cruel case. If he is found guilty of this accusation, he will be sentenced to life in prison,” he said, adding that police arrested the suspect on Tuesday.
