One man was injured when Thai soldiers fired on a group of Cambodians who had illegally crossed the border in Oddar Meanchey province. Ten others escaped without injury, while the victim, identified only as a 30-year-old man from Takeo province, was arrested by Thai soldiers and is being treated at a hospital in Thailand’s Surin province, Koy Kuong, spokesman for the Foreign Ministry, said yesterday.
