Sébastien Marot, coordinator of street children's NGO Mith Samlanh/Friends,

will receive an honorary membership in the Order of Australia for services to humanity

on September 5. He said one likely benefit would be to help his efforts in lobbying

government officials: "It's a magnificent tool to push for the rights of kids

in Cambodia." Marot said there was no sign of a similar honor coming from Cambodia.
