Meeting of the minds for military

Roughly 300 high-ranking military officials from across the country will participate in a two-day workshop aimed at reforming the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces. RCAF spokesman Chhum Socheat said the meeting, which begins Wednesday, will be part of a five-year review. The meeting will also address border sovereignty, training, equipment maintenance and military strategy, according to a schedule of the workshop.
