The Mekong River Commission secretariat and Cambodia National Mekong Committee have

conducted two seminars, one on environmental awareness and sustainable development

and one on environmental management. According to a press statement, the seminars

will be followed by training courses on the same subjects which will be attended

by about 40 high-ranking officials from ministries and agencies.
