A TRIO of men in their mid-twenties were sentenced to seven years in prison and fined 13 million riels (US$ 3,250) each by the Phnom Penh Municipal Court after being convicted on drug trafficking charges. Chroek Mesa, Ken Bun Eng and Soy Chandara were arrested on February 3 in Toul Kork district’s Teuk La’ak II commune. At the time of the arrest police confiscated 46.62 grams of methamphetamines, 61 amphetamines pills and a Samurai sword from the three men.
