SEVENTY soldiers from Military Region 5, based in Banteay Meanchey, Pailin and Battambang Provinces, are set to return from a two-day meeting with their Thai counterparts in Thailand’s Pattaya province today. Banteay Meanchey deputy governor Chong Phaet said the meeting also included provincial officials. “We meet twice a year to examine work done by the two sides based on our memorandum of understanding,” he said.
