A 35-YEAR-OLD tractor driver was seriously injured in an anti-tank mine explosion in Banteay Meanchey’s Thma Puok district yesterday. Yot Ray, district police chief, said that Out Vy had ran over the mine with his tractor while clearing a plantation. He injured his arm and leg and has been sent to hospital.
